Here are four tips to help you get started on your journey towards achieving clearer skin: 

Improve your diet

Even though junk food tastes unbelievably delicious, it is definitely causing more harm to your skin and body than it should be, especially if you eat it regularly. Processed food, excessive amounts of carbohydrates, and even alcohol tend to destroy the good bacteria in your gut. While gut health might sound like a fad that influencers talk about to make money, it is essential to take care of and have a profound effect on your skin quality. You could also add fruit to your diet in smoothies and juices. Exercise as often as possible

If you don’t get enough rest and sleep, you might be allowing your skin to age prematurely. 

Hydrate your skin from within.

Water is your best friend. It flushes toxins in your body and plumps up your cells! Ensure that you drink at least a liter of water a day. Water is one of the best ways to help improve your skin, especially if you’re on a budget and cannot invest in many skincare products. If you work from home, keep a water bottle at your table and sip from it periodically. Before you know it, you would have finished the whole bottle!
